About Huisvast
Huisvast started in 1998 in a former bakery on the Utrechtseweg, and we're still there. The team has stayed small: two agents, an office manager and a photographer.
We sell about 120 homes a year, most of them in Amersfoort and the surrounding villages.

What does a valuation cost?
Nothing. We visit, look around and tell you within a few days what your home is worth, with no obligation.
Do I pay if my home doesn't sell?
You only pay the fixed fee once the sale is agreed. If you stop earlier, we only charge for the photographer and floor plan.
How long does selling usually take?
In and around Amersfoort six to eight weeks on average. It depends on the price, the type of home and the market at the time.
