Good to know
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every engineer who works on gas carries a Gas Safe ID card. Ask to see it, and you can check the number online.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No separate fee: the first hour includes travel. If we can’t fix the problem, you don’t pay.
Can you come tonight?
For real emergencies, yes, until 10pm. After that we’ll tell you how to make things safe and come first thing.
Do you fit new boilers?
Yes, with a free survey and a written quote.
