Hamstrings, ankles, knees, shoulders. With a plan to get you back safely.

Desk-related or out of nowhere. Mostly very treatable.

Knee and hip replacements, ACL, shoulder repairs.

Running injuries
Shin splints, runner’s knee, Achilles. Gait check included.

Sports massage
For tight muscles and recovery.

You don’t need a GP letter to book with us.
Health insurance
We’re recognised by several major insurers. Check your policy and get an authorisation number first.
Self-funding
Pay per session by card. Receipts for your records.
NHS physio
Free on the NHS, but waiting times vary. We’re private only.

Good to know
How many sessions will I need?
Most people need three to six. We’ll give you an honest estimate at the first visit.
What should I wear?
Shorts or loose clothes so we can see the area.
Is there parking?
Two free spaces behind the building and pay-and-display on Radcliffe Road.
Cancellation?
24 hours’ notice, or we charge half the session.
