Is there a tie-in period?

Our sole agency agreement runs for 8 weeks, then can be ended with two weeks’ notice.

How long does selling take?

From offer to completion often three to four months, depending on the chain.

Do I need an EPC?

Yes, before marketing. We can arrange one for you.

Do you sell outside South Liverpool?

Mostly we stay local, where we know the market best.
